You’re wrong. If Court awards damages against them and they refuse to pay, you file for contempt of court order. Then Court will give order for garnishee proceedings. That’s using their bank account and debit them automatically

Oh no they pay ooo it’s not even in their decision to pay or not. The moment court gives monetary judgement in your favor, and they are yet to file a Notice of Appeal then you can apply for a garnishee order again their account by (in Lay man terms) suing CBN to pay you the money which DSS has with them by virtue of them being a federal parastatal.
