i think over time
most people grow to love their work . how much more prostitutes.
in trying to rehabilitate them as some ngo try to do is it
not worth considering that some may have reached a point of
no-return. they'd do the job even if they were not paid!!
like some musicians,authors, artiste would perform for free
(i mean on the side) even if they had other jobs. or change
jobs to the one they love.
then think of those who've been in a profession for so long,
its written over them - e.g lecturers love to talk, ex-soldiers
still have that commanding tone in them , mathematicians
can't help but lapse into logic, ex-theives can't resist
the urge to steal and pilfer and lie,
actors and musicians never really leave their game,
lawyers love to take apart an argument, even in retirement,
enterprenuers love to turn a deal - they see money in all situations.
what do ex-prostitutes love to do, what makes them any different from other professionals?
