Its possible he does not eat as much as you do. Fat disposal is mostly liver function.. His liver does not get any signal to burn excess fat. However, lack of exercise plays a little role too. He will only lose weight by under eating and constant exercise. This case, as a young adult, some organs may not get enough nutrients. He will only lose weight under doctors supervision. This kind of weight is abnormal and a developmental fault.
