Property Manager needed urgently for a position managing the upkeep of several properties.
Should be able to be a personal assistant to owner also.
Great communication skills, writing and verbal and ability to manage vendors and work efficiently overall.
Must be honest, effective and self-motivated.
Competitive pay with free accommodation if performance is great.

I'm interested in this because I've been working in real estate management for a while. It sounds like a good offer but I would like to know more details about the company and about the job. I have experience in this area, and before I worked with different systems like these Australian property management software from console.com.au but also other platforms. I would like to know what software do you use if you use one and if there are any requirements regarding this. I'm currently preparing my application letter and I'm looking forward to a nice collaboration.
