A black Atlanta man died after he was shot by a white police officer in a fast-food drive-thru late Friday night.





The victim, Rayshard Brooks, 27, was shot during a struggle and died after surgery at a local hospital, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. One officer was treated for an injury and discharged.





Brooks had been asleep in his car in a Wendy’s drive-thru, causing other customers to drive around the car, the Bureau of Investigation said. Police were dispatched to the Wendy’s around 10:30 p.m. and conducted a sobriety test on Brooks, who failed the test, according to the officials.



“During the arrest, the male subject resisted and a struggle ensued,” the Bureau of Investigation said. “The officer deployed a Taser. Witnesses report that during the struggle the male subject grabbed and was in possession of the Taser. It has also been reported that the male subject was shot by an officer in the struggle over the Taser.”

Look at him forming all manners of resistance. Resisting arrest, struggling from arrest and ceasing taser away from a policeman doing his duties are you nuts?

Why can't you cooperate in the arrest and if you're innocent, YOU WILL BE FREED after investigation. You can call your Lawyer if you dont have one they'll offer you a Lawyer.

These guys just want to put up TOO MUCH ENERGY over something that could be resolved by sheer respect to authorities.

He has just sacrificed his own life and it won't matter like George Floyd, because Floyd obeyed the authorities by not resisting arrest, yet he was still killed. If you thinking "if you let yourself get arrested you'd be murdered like George Floyd". I'll tell you this "if you resist arrest and wield weapon against a cop you could be murdered too." Solution, just do the damn right thing and leave the fallout for posterity to judge. If you're just, it'll lead to revolution, if you're found culpable, nobody will march shit in your memory.

Note: not every Cop arresting you is Derek Chauvin who would kill even after you willfully succumb to arrest.

The video I watched showed him beating the snot out of the two officers. I don’t know if he was shot during the struggle although it was enough to warrant a shooting. He then seized a taser, legged it and shot it blindly at an officer. Funny enough it got one of them who then stumbled to the booth of a car. It's after his shot he got lit up then fell to the ground. He played a stupid game and won a stupid prize. I have no pity for him.

Brooks was just 27years oh. Still young,vibrant and who know if he is destined for greatness in future time.
