>> We are looking to hire an “IT Coordinator”. This is a role where you will report directly to the Software & IT Lead. The IT Coordinator is a team member responsible for the provision of first-level IT support services to all employees across our various stores in Ibadan for all IT-related concerns and technologies. (Laptops, Desktops, Phones, Tabs, ISP).

>> S/he acts as the primary technical contact, deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for the organization and employees including, issues escalated to the highest level of management.

Duties and Responsibilities
>> Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

>> Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

>> Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software related issues.

>> Escalate observed or reported incidents to the appropriate next line of reporting/units for prompt resolution.
