The Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, has announced  573 new cases of COVID-19 in the country bringing the total to 16,658. 4 new deaths were recorded along with 129 recoveries; Lagos State topped the list.

The 573 new cases are reported from 20 states- Lagos(216), Rivers(103), Oyo(68), Edo(40), Kano(21), Gombe(20),FCT(17), Delta(13), Plateau(12), Bauchi(12), Niger(10),Kebbi(9) Ogun(, Ondo(, Abia(7), Nasarawa(5), Borno(1), Kwara(1), Benue(1), Anambra(1).

The breakdown in the tweet of NCDC shows that the 573 cases were from 20 different states. Lagos State recorded the highest number of cases with 216. Rivers State followed with 103 while Oyo State had 68. 129 people recovered, which brings the recoveries up to 5349 from 5220. There were 4 new deaths. Find the breakdown below:
