A court interim injunction in Nigeria has a lifespan of 14 days. Even at that,it was made pending the final decision of APC NEC held in March 2020. The NEC had since resolved all issues ,till the latest ''funny'' Appeal court judgment. The APC constitution is very clear as to who becomes acting chairman. It is quite intriguing that a Deputy National Secretary wants to be acting chairman,above a deputy national chairman.
