It is no secret that some of our Nigerian female celebrities have undergone surgery to modify their shape and finally get the body shape that they desire. Some of these celebrities are still in denial of the fact that their body have gone under the knife while some are very open about it and don't even care to deny it.

Never for once has Tonto Dikeh ever denied the fact that she had her body modified via surgery in order to put on the shape that she has now.

She recently took to Instagram to share a throwback photo and thank God for the impact of the surgery as she is now self-confident and happy with her current shape. The multiple surgeries modified her boobs, butt, and hips. Her working relationship with plastic surgeons isn't a secret one as she is quite known for patronising them and also shared nude photos from the hospital after her surgery.
