3, The 1999 EXCLUSIVE LIST OF THE CONSTITUTION IS A MARSHAL LAW. IT'S NOT DEMOCRATIC AND SHOULD BE EXPUNGED NOW BEFORE 2023. NO CIVILIANS PRESIDENT CAN OPERATE SUCCESSFULLY. OBJ JUST TRIED. BUT BUHARI NOW IS A WOEFUL ACCIDENT!!!
