My friends house caught fire after NEPA brought the light. Luckily no one was hurt. She called the fire service in Lagos, they came and put out the fire. After putting it out the requested for 200k for their service, she was able to negotiate it to 50k. This is the first I m hearing of people paying the fire department after putting out fire, I want to know if it's legal and if it is was that the appropriate cost for it? |

It’s morally right to appreciate them @ free will if you consider worthy enough. But paying them for services is the responsibility of the govt; u have right to place them on record and report to appropriate authority for scrutiny |
