please, I don't understand the 'local government identification letter' part. Is it your local government of origin or local government of residence. How do I go about getting it.

Your application name should tally with that of your BVN. I.e surname on your BVN would be surname on your application, middle name and first name also.

National ID card, voters card, international passport or driver license.
