Man tackles a SARS officer who assaulted him for refusing to surrender his phone in Warri, Delta State. According to the victim; This happened at Ovie palace road, Warri we were on our way to a function when this SARS officer stopped us and forcefully tried to collect my phone after landing on my face heavy slaps.
