I don't know how young she is, but i do know that there's a certain age where it's totally harmless. Telling a little girl that her actions would always be responsible for igniting men's sexual interests ain't appropriate either. That could end up doing more harm than good, depending on how she interprets it. You might end up giving her a wrong impression of men in general and create fear. Of course, if she's at the age she where she could be seen as sexual and mature enough, then there's no problem.
