When my father walked,
The road wasn't the smoothest.

His shoes was the strongest,neither did he had the bravest feet,

But my father walked,and walked through.




When my father walked,

He couldn't differentiate between the loyal and treacherous one out his friends,

But his heart was so pure towards all,

And when he walked, he walked gracefully.





When my father walked,

Times was hard as Stone, and tomorrow promised no assurance,

The pool of uncertainties most times his hope dived in,

But at the time of walk, he shined through adversaries.





When my father walked,

All mother earth promised him was his sure extinction,

Nature sang to his ear,that one day he'll no longer be there,

But when he walked,he walked leaving his footprint on the sand of time.





But one day if I grow up to be like my father,

And nature decided its my time to walk,

I won't toe my father's lane,

Not out of disrespect, but all through my father's life,he walked trying to dwarf his Father's walk
