A joint rescue team of NEMA, Federal Fire Service and Edo SEMA yesterday, June 20, 2020 evacuated residents that were trapped in their homes in Benin City.


According to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), 18 persons were trapped in their homes by flash flood in Etete and 2nd Ugbor areas of Benin City, Edo State.

stupid edo people And their stupid thinking, they don't heed warnings from people or government agencies when building, hardly carry out surveys or build in he right places, found of converting and selling roads and green areas for building, the land grabbing youths have a knack for stupidity and selling lands in valleys to unsuspecting people especially women who know nothing about building, when disaster of flood sets in they cry like thieves facing a penalty of death, edo people are so backward
