If there would be a matter to debate on, then it should be about Nigeria In the space of 20 years, these four presidents have been ruling the whole Nigeria with Olusegun Obasanjo being the only president to completed his two tenure (8 Years). Olusegun Obasanjo Chief Olusegun Matthew Okikiola Aremu Obasanjo, GCFR, is a Nigerian military and political leader who served as military head of state from 1976 to 1979 and later as President of Nigeria from 1999 to 2007.
