Requirements:

Planning and executing digital marketing strategies using SEO and SEM to boost exposure of the agency and also promote our services to customers.

Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet

Provide SEO analysis and recommendations for agency’s websites and web pages

Website development/design for Agency and Client.

Will be saddled with creation of winning digital marketing proposals for client.

Cooperate with the web developers to make necessary changes in the website.

Analyze key metrics that unite website traffic and service quota

Solid understanding of and experience with all social media platforms in creating engaging content, building an active community on social media platforms with the aim of increasing, retaining and rewarding customer base for Agency and clients.

Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific.

Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

Plan, organize and manage all e-mail campaigns, events, social media pages and relevant creative content per the marketing calendar to drive traffic and increase conversions on the websites.

Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)

Investigate, recommend and implement new enhancements that can increase revenue, brand awareness and improve overall customer experience by analysing the results of ongoing efforts.

Web development skills are an added advantage

Qualifications:

Have solid knowledge and experience in and with; Content marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media marketing, Affiliate marketing, Email marketing and website development.

A Bachelor’s degree preferably but not compulsorily in Marketing.

At least two years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role with solid knowledge of Google Ad campaigns, HTML, CSS, JavaScript development and constraints

Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+ and other social media handles.

Knowledge of up to date trends and practices in digital marketing, communication platforms and applications.

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Young (between the ages of 23-27), energetic, works well in a team, innovative and flexible.

Basic knowledge of design and graphics (Canva & Corel-draw)

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
