Please note that this order is not to stop the political party from conducting it's primary or not to conduct its internal affairs but the order is restraining other Defendants in the suit from recognising Obaseki as aspirant of the party haven failed to take nomination form and present himself for screenings of the party within the time stipulated in the PDP guidelines and time table.
