you may have clicked on these double Bitcoin application somehow. you OS has been intruded. just re-install the OS

Go to task manager and look at the processes, try to see if there is any software that does not look familiar with you and uninstall but it's advisable to completely do a reinstall.

True ,you've been hacked. I'll advise you get a p.c with original Microsoft operating system ,and also pay for a good security suite,like Kaspersky internet security for example.

If you can ,get an iphone and use for all your e-currency transactions to avoid stories, whilst also keeping the o.s updated and with a mobile security suite as well
