A High Court of Justice in Ekpoma has restrained the Peoples Democratic Party and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from removing, excluding, preventing or purporting to exclude or prevent any of the aspirants who have been cleared by the Party from participating in the governorship primary slated for Thursday 25th June 2020.

This court order is a total waste of time.the court order from FHC port Harcourt came first and as such can only be set aside by an appeal court.Adams Oshiomhole, in March this year obtained a court from Kano against the one from fct and it amounted to a total waste of time until he approached the Appeal court to set aside the order of the fct high Court.Obaseki should approach appeal court.
