Tha Nos
1. The EPL is a private-public enterprise which consists of the communities
2. The players in the EPL are bound by ALL decisions as approved by the EPL. If you don't agree, feel free to terminate your contract and go.
Case in point: Mikel Obi and Tranbospor... When this covid-19 issue hit the region, Mikel urged the club to suspend all football activities till further notice but the club refused so Mikel declared that he will not be a part of it. This led to the automatic termination of his contract with the club, he was let go and didn't get a kobo. 2 weeks later, all top management staff of the club had contracted the virus. Mikel's contract termination is 100% legal in line with the guidelines of the business
3. Riots over this matter have broken out in England, with statues of slavers in the past being pulled down and countless marches ongoing in the country. The EPL as a business MUST key into the vibes of the people because these are the ones who make the business viable and keep it afloat so choosing to wear that slogan, was a carefully thought out plan from the executives of the body, inspired by the PEOPLE. Any player stupid enough to insist on violating such suggestion, will surely have himself to blame as we hear of players getting beaten up or harassed in their houses over ordinary matches or contracts, imagine what will become of you if the whole mob in your area decides to come through your house to find out why you decided to be the black sheep.. The police won't even risk anything to save just you at this moment in time
4. The decision to wear the slogan is in the best interest of the business and the players so anyone who doesn't want to conform and thus, becomes a threat to the business, has to be evicted instantly
5. If anyone is a slave here, it is surely the EPL and by extension the players while the people/fans are the masters as failure to appease them or inciting them in any manner will be disastrous for the league now and after the pandemic as they will lose the support of the people, upon which the whole business is built
On the whole Jesus is Lord bullshit, that's a different matter just as Moslems can wear Mohammed is God and traditionalists will wear Amadioha Bu Odogwu too.. With over 7,000 religious practices in the world, which have at least one player in the EPL practising it, this instance doesn't make any iota of sense as the Black Lives Matter is a humanity affair, with nothing to do with religion whatsoever
Any questions?
