The number of people suffering from addiction is alarming! Drugs and alcohol are the substances most people talk about. However there are other types of addiction that are not as popular as illicit drugs and alcohol. A lot of children, youths and adults are struggling with sexual immorality. How did it start?
The first thing Eve perceived when the devil told her about the fruit is it's good to the eye. She saw it, it's pleasurable and desirable. The fruit became difficult to resist the moment she saw it. She touched it, ate it and shared the forbidden fruit with Adam. The consequence of this action was curse.
What you see, especially lustful scenes stay in your mind for a long time. This is why the devil is attacking human minds by bringing nude pictures everywhere around us be it on social media, entertainment and so on. This is deception of the highest order! The devil wants that lustful image to linger in your mind until you become addicted to looking at dirty pictures / videos and engaging in other forms of sexual immorality.
Run away from sexual immorality [in any form, whether thought or behavior, whether visual or written]. Every other sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the one who is sexually immoral sins against his own body. Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is within you, whom you have [received as a gift] from God, and that you are not your own property.
This world is more corrupt now than in the days of our ancestors - young children are now sharing their nude pictures on social media. This was unheard of decades ago. It's time to put an end to this demonic entanglement. If you will call upon the Lord today to deliver you; He will answer you and set you free.

Some steps you can take.
Unplug - close your social media accounts and or block your accomplices.
Get rid of all the dirty images in your possession
Stop watching porn!
Cut off your triggers e. g certain music, places or people that remind you of the old habits
Run away from every sexual immorality
Guard your eyes
Study the word of God
Pray
Seek Godly counsel
Don't be idle!
Utilize Godly media: listen to Godly music, podcasts, and sermons

@OP, Jesus Christ said as far as sin is concerned, it is not what you see that causes you to sin, but what is inside of you. There are people who look all day long and are not tempted to sin, and then there are those who, the moment they see something, they are tempted. It is not what they saw that made them sin, but what is inside of them to use it against them.

Matthew 15 vs 16-20 (ERV)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
16. Jesus said, “Do you still have trouble understanding?
17. Surely you know that all the food that enters the mouth goes into the stomach. Then it goes out of the body.
18. But the bad things people say with their mouth come from the way they think. And that’s what can make people wrong.
19. All these bad things begin in the mind: evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual sins, stealing, lying, and insulting people.
20. These are the things that make people wrong. Eating without washing their hands will never make people unacceptable to God.”

But, Jesus Christ also provided an alternative for those who refuse to deal with that which is inside of them grin

Matthew 5 vs 27-30
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
27. “You have heard that it was said, ‘You must not commit adultery.’[e]
27. But I tell you that if a man looks at a woman and wants to sin sexually with her, he has already committed that sin with her in his mind.
27. If your right eye makes you sin, take it out and throw it away. It is better to lose one part of your body than to have your whole body thrown into hell.
27. If your right-hand makes you sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.
grin

Matthew 18 vs 6-9
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6. “If one of these little children believes in me, and someone causes that child to sin, it will be very bad for that person. It would be better for them to have a millstone tied around their neck and be drowned in the deep sea.
7. I feel sorry for the people in the world because of the things that make people sin. These things must happen, but it will be very bad for anyone who causes them to happen.
8. “If your hand or your foot makes you sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose part of your body and have eternal life than to have two hands and two feet and be thrown into the fire that burns forever.
9. If your eye makes you sin, take it out and throw it away. It is better for you to have only one eye and have eternal life than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell.
