Prince Tony Momoh, a former Minister of Information on Saturday said Comrade Adams, former National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) can still return to his position if he so desires.

Oshiomhole on Saturday said he has accepted the dissolution of the National Working Committee (NWC) by the National Executive Committee (NEC) in good faith.

While pledging his continued support and loyalty for President Muhammadu Buhari, he also said he had no regret for all the actions he took while in office.

Speaking in a chat with Daily Independent, Momoh who is one of the national leaders of the APC said Oshiomhole can still return if he contests and win at the party’s next National convention.

He said Oshiomhole took the right decision by accepting the dissolution of the NWC because even if he goes to Supreme Court, he cannot return to his position as chairman.

“Oshiomhole can still return as National chairman of APC. He was the national chairman of the party before his suspension”.

“He is popular and so if he likes, then he can go to the National convention and ask for the votes of the delegates. If he wins, he becomes the National chairman again”.

“But he cannot return even if the Supreme Court said he should. Since the NWC has been dissolved, he cannot return” .

Adams Oshiomole retains the right to run again for APC chairmanship but since he knows he will not win, he will NOT run. He might be a 'strong head' but he is certainly not a fat head.
