INEC had said evoting can't be introduced because it is not provided for in the constitution. This is such a shame because it is false. The constitution can be read on Google.

The constitution uses the word "vote" - this could be physical voting or e-voting. Evoting isn't expressly forbidden in the constitution.

Nigeria and blacks wake up stop giving excuses fix your countries and gain the respect of Western countries.

You can't say bleep western countries. Nigeria's electricity is being done by Germany. Defence is being done by a foreign country. Rail is being provided by China. State Governments are contracting with foreign firms. You use white invented electricity and fly on their airplanes.

the bottom line is that the black race seems useless because they have depended and continue to depend on white man and his inventions. Just thank the whiteman for inventing the keyboard and computer you are using to view and type while you were still in your mud huts and the university students are busy forming cults.

Another sign of low IQ people is confrontation and getting personal e.g. "bleep off"

Of all the races of people in the world, the black man is the most wicked and self centered.
