Good evening fellow Nairalanders.

I was at Igando Multipurpose market yesterday in Lagos state, at the entrance in noticed a "disinfecting tunnel " but it appears not to be functioning yet. I feel it was installed there as a means of ensuring both buyers and sellers are properly disinfected before entering the market premise so as to battle covid-19. The truth is I've been notcing this disinfecting tunnel there for close to a month, and since then it has not really been working or anything.

So I decided to ask fellow nairalanders if anyone has seen or used similar thing in any market or public place recently? Kindly share your experience.

I saw something like this at the Oba Market in Benin City. Nope, I didn't use it sah.

Maintenance culture was already telling on it when i passed there some days back
