There are 3bedrooms flat ranging from N250k to N300k in Abesan estate and Shagari estate,but the way your a year payment will work is to pay for a year and present a postdated cheque that will be cleared before the end of the first year of your tenancy

Is it the total package or just rent? As for the cheque,cant we sign an agreement that i would pay b4 it expires or with 2months after expiration? I want abesan estate not gowon estate

It is just the rent and i think there is nothing impossible about the agreement with the balance

It is just the gross rent per annum excluding 10% for legal fee and also 10%for agency fee and regarding to the balance, you can raise a postdated cheque with letter of commitment to the landlord

thats on the high for a flat in abesan estate(not sure of shagari). I have seen two yrs with total package of 460k(agreement and legal inclusive) but the agent refused me one year rent. Yours for one year would cost over 300k. Lets do deal if you can take 250k total package(agency and legal inclusive)
