I have a laptop dell latitude 7450 with win10 .
If I go local file , it doesn't show normally , rather it shows like a folder and I was told it is a virus.

How can I remove the virus. I was told if I don't remove it on time it may crash my system.
Which antivirus can I download and use to normalise things.

I was also asked to update window defender that it works better than any antivirus.
