The 774,000 jobs proposed by the federal goverment for 774,000 youths in all the local government in the country, will gulp more than 42 billion naira in just 3 months@1000 people per local government, given the 20,000 monthly stepend,it will amount to a total of 60 million naira in 3 month per local government.is this an empowerment of a waste, why do our government take pride and pleasure in wasting the nations wealth and resources, cant this monies be channelled into more profitable and sustainable investment that will create sustainable jobs for the youth. For example,if 60 million naira is used to set up a communal farm in every local government area in the country,it will be more impactful as it will create more sustainable jobs, food security and increase economic value for the people.
