Because their politicians are normally self-made and already accomplished in life before going into politics! They go into politics interested in uplifting the wellbeing of their constituency and to leave a legacy to go with their name! They don’t start off in politics as semi-illiterate thugs and area-boys who can then work their way up to the state or federal executive or legislature! But most importantly, these two societies have laws that work and are not applied selectively based on ones ethnicity, religion or political party! |

if you r found guilty in China, I think the price is capital punishment. though ppl still loot there cos politicians all over the world are corrupt set of ppl but their looting is not as brazen as ours in Nigeria. For the western countries, they loot but they are always smart about it because they know that whistleblowers are everywhere.... unlike our very own Dino Melayes. |

BigBashiru: Chinese have the death penalty for polithieves while the US have a tight system in place that makes it difficult to loot (but many senators etc get money from gun/pharmaceutical/oil companies etc, while getting kickbacks for pushing BS laws that favor these same companies |
