NSIP Partner Jobbermman To Equip Npower Volunteers With Employability Skills. In an email sent out to batch A and B Npower volunteers by the recruitment Agency Jobberman, it looks as if the journey for batch A and B exit has begun. Read the detailed email below:



Hey there, You have been specially handpicked to be part of FREE training!

As part of the N-Power program, the Office of the Focal Person on National Social Investment Programmes in partnership with Jobberman, Nigeria’s number 1 recruitment platform is giving you the opportunity to take part in a FREE Soft Skills training, starting on the 1st of July, 2020.



Soft skills, commonly defined as non-technical skills, enable individuals to interact effectively and cooperatively with others. According to the World Economic Forum, to succeed in the workplace everyone needs to have a good grasp of soft-skills.

At the end of this course, you will be exposed to the core skills needed in the workplace and be able to evaluate and apply the concepts learned.

Below are updates and important information before we resume on the 1st of July 2020.

Technical Requirements: We are adopting a blended learning approach. The video classes will take place via WebinarNinja, an online webinar platform, accessible from any internet-connected desktop, notebook computer, or your mobile phones whilst personalized engagements will take place via smaller Telegram groups.

Further Class Details: WebinarNinja classes will hold for a maximum of one hour, twice a week for the next four weeks. You will be added to a Telegram group to enhance your learning experience. There will be facilitators available to answer your questions in the Telegram groups between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm daily. Course creators will also be in your Telegram groups on Mondays and Fridays to answer questions and share additional resources with you. Our aim is to ensure that you get all the skills required to thrive in your career. Here are your class details:

Certificate Eligibility: Please note that in order to get the Jobberman Soft Skills Curriculum certificate, you would need to take the Baseline and End line assessments at the beginning and end of the course.
