See The Book Hushpuppi Was Fond of Reading. Did it Influence Him in Anyway?
It is no longer news that the famous Socialite and Instagram celebrity Hushpuppi has been apprehended by FBI and Interpol on account of money laundering charges in the tune of over 170 billion naira.

As we continue to torchlight on the flamboyant and extravagant lifestyle of Hushpuppi, there are a couple of things about him that is worth highlighting.

If you take a thorough view at most of the pictures Hushpuppi posted on social media, you would notice that the few places he showed himself reading, he was often seen reading FORBES MAGAZINE.

Forbes Magazine is a leading source for reliable business news and financial information across the globe. It is highly motivational and can make one aspire for greatness and riches.

Forbes Magazine is a global leading news media focusing on business, investing, technology, entrepreneurship, leadership, and lifestyle.

It has featured several elites, business magnates and great achievers across the globe.

Almost like winning a lifetime lottery, appearing on the front page of Forbes Magazine is undoubtedly a huge achievement which deserves much accolades. It is like a lifetime certification and endorsement of your reputation before the whole world.

Among a few Nigerians who have made it to the front-page of Forbes Magazine are our own former Minister of Agriculture and President of African Development Bank, Adesina Adewunmi.

We also have Business magnate Cosmos Maduka of Coscharis group who is into Automobiles, Agriculture and so on.

Unfortunately, another Nigerian who has appeared on front-page of Forbes Magazine is Invictus Obi.

Just like Hushpuppi, Invictus Obi was also apprehended by FBI on account of money laundering charges and was given a very disgraceful treatment in the view of the whole world, despite appearing on Forbes Magazine front-page.

Invictus Obi was known to be a very young Business man who invested in the Oil and Gas sector, Agriculture, etc.

Very little did the world know that he was a fraudster until his case was unveiled by the FBI.

Talking about Hushpuppi fond of reading FORBES Magazine, was it likely that he longed to appear on its front-page one day, perhaps like Invictus Obi?

Did Forbes Magazine actually influence him in anyway? Was the motive behind his flamboyant and extravagant display of wealth intended to get the attention of Forbes Magazine?

But on another note, if he knew pretty well what later became of Invictus Obi, shouldn't he have rather played safe?
