I travelled to Kano state and, as our driver attempted to go through Singa area, we were locked in traffic for about an hour without moving.

Singa area of Kano is notorious for traffic gridlock because of the many trucks going in or coming back out of the gigantic market.

Singa boasts of being the highest make the in the entire Northern Nigeria known for sales of Sugar, salt, Maggi, foreign rice, spaghetti, indomie, and all provisions with grossaries.

The traffic problem ought to have subsided however in singa following the overhead bridge already constructed and completed by the Kwankwaso and Ganduje regimes respectively.

It calls for the governmental will to end this traffic problem, considering that human factor is to blame most of the times
