Burna Boy is expected to drop his album Twice As Tall in mid 2020. It’s almost time and the artiste just dropped a new single Wonderful. This is his 2nd single in 2020, coming after Odogwu.

On this new single, Burna Boy works with Telz. The producer can be tagged as “new” but one thing is for sure, he did exceptionally well on this track and this might just put him on the map.

The instrumental is Afropop and has the type of upbeat vibe relatable to 90’s South African music. Penny Penny’s “Shichangani” off his Shaka Bundu album would be a good example.

If you’re a Burna Boy day one fan (just like me �), you would agree that the singer hasn’t dropped a tune like this before. We know Burna is talented and ever since Ye and the Outside album, he has been on a hit spree.

With Wonderful, Burna Boy is trying to pass a message and this message is clear. It’s about his upcoming album and he swears that he’ll show you wonders and you no go believe wetin wan happen.

At the same time, the singer reminisces on his struggles in the industry. Burna Boy has argued before that he hustled his way to the top and no one put him on other than himself.

As he sings in the opening line, anywhere he goes, he’ll always remember home because his mama is at home. Also, he is hustling like Adebayo Ogunlesi so no one should say he’s lazy. Adebayo Ogunlesi is a lawyer and investment banker, as at 2019, he had a networth of $12.5 million.
