It has been reported that Jadon Sancho has agreed a contract 'in principle' ahead of a proposed transfer to Manchester United this summer.

Speaking on The Transfer Window Podcast, Ian McGarry told Duncan Castles that a five-year deal of £140,000 per week, increasing to £200,000 has been agreed between the Borussia Dortmund winger and United.

Sancho is thought to be Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's number one priority this summer as he looks to close the gap on Liverpool and Manchester City at the top of the Premier League.

It was reported this morning that United had cashed in on the credit that has been made available to them, as published in the latest financial results, in an effort to secure the deal for the 20-years old.

It looks as if the transfer may have finally taken one step closer to being a reality with Ed Woodward perhaps wanting to secure his transfer business early this summer, especially considering the immediate restart for next season's Premier League following the conclusion of this one.
