Good day nairalanders, I don’t know how to go about contacting multichoice for not reflecting my payment on my account. I subscribed for the GOTV jolly through ussd for almost 6 hours now and it’s yet to reflect on my account. I’ve tried all my best to contact their support all to no avail. Kindly help as regards to this if any one knows a way out. Thanks.

do anything to contact them but don't try making another payment cos they will just charge you twice...it happened to me and I might stop using their decoder once my subscription finishes

FG should do something to curb those ppl's wings...they dont care about ppl but wants to take advantage of ppl's situation...

btw I tried contacting them when mine happened all to no avail and had accept my fate finally.
