Corruption is a deep rooted problem in Nigeria. It shows seeing how the acting chairman for the EFCC is also found to have acted corruptly and only diminishes the hypocritical current administration. The Buhari government is being run by corrupt individuals. We can say so as a fact. We will also advise that anyone who had been tried for politically related, and unproven corruption cases should appeal immediately! |

Exc2000:Stop fooling yourself. What is a "transaction"? Just hear yourself....." there is a limit to financial transaction but no limit to what you can withdraw". I just hope you are not deliberately trying to deceive the young ones who might be reading this. Even ordinary ATM has withdrawal limits not to talk of an individual walking up to a bank branch and withdrawing two trucks loads of bullion vans. How much did EFCC seized from Atiku's inlaw during the election period when he attempted to exchange dollars for naira with beurea de change agents? The total amount wasn't even up to a billion van cash. The argument then was then such huge cash can't be moved outside the banking sector. |

Sunnyja: https://www.lawteacher.net/free-law-essays/commercial-law/the-money-laundering-regulation-in-nigeria-commercial-law-essay.php Education is key Key note Accept fund Deposit fund And withdrawing your own fund Sooner you get this the better, and maximum limit on cards varies widely a platinum card gets you any amount, NBAD used on Nigerian ATM that accept Visa has no limit Atiku was asked to state the source of the codex he was exchanging as regard CBN forex regulations, if Atiku's son told them he made such withdrawal from his domiciliary account then he is free, and since he could tell the BDX guys the source EFCC were called, Dangote made a withdrawal of $10m cash in a single day just to look at the share size, Floyd Mayweather has been withdrawing his personal millions just to take pics and flint on Instagram, authority had no business with him has he wasn't transacting with a 3rd party.. if you are also rich go to the bank and cash out 50 million upward if they won't offer you escort and Bullion van . |
