Jeff Bezos, the CEO of global etailer, Amazon has emerged the world richest person with an estimated $172 billion according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

The index shows that Jeff Bezos has added $56.7 billion this year from his previous high of $167.7 billion.

Much of Bezos's money comes from owning roughly 57 million shares, or 12%, of Amazon. Despite the global outbreak of Covid-19, Amazon has gained even more business in recent months, as a result of worldwide lockdowns and the growing demand for online shopping...
