All ethnicity will be autonomous states or provinces with each community/dialect as districts . They can also have their flag. presidency will be ceremonial. House of chiefs have all the power and is represented by all districts and states . districts will be semi autonomous as well. All districts will produce equal amounts of military personell.
Wolof State , Igbo State , Ashanti State , Calabar or Cross river state Efik,Ibibio,Ejagham,Obolo,Anang ,Oron cluster) ,Krahn State ,Hausa State ,Idoma /Ogoja cluster State,etc.
