Please,Will a system of 4Gb RAM do graphics work perfectly?

Some dey use 2GB RAM phone and nothing bad about their work.
It depends on how you can use the tools.

Yes you can but it may be slow at loading sometimes. For after effects, it would be impossible for you. But for Ai or Photoshop, you can manage still. I would recommend you getting 6GB RAM at least.
