The Nigerian Airforce was formally established on 18 April 1964 with the passage of the Air Force Act 1964 by the National Assembly, The NAF was formed with technical assistance from West Germany. The Airforce started life as a transport unit with aircrew being trained in Canada, Ethiopia and India.



The Nigerian Airforce (NAF)airforce.mil.ng, is the air branch of the Nigerian Armed Forces. In this post, i will be showing you how to apply for NAF recruitment and how to get the naf login to access the portal.The Nigerian Airforce released a signal notifying their personnel on the date of next recruitment excersice for the year 2020/2021. Words from a reliable source (Name withheld) confirmed that the Nigerian Airforce Portal will be re-open on 24th of July 2020 till the 21st August this Year, but the recruitment of trades and non-tradesmen/women excercise into the NAF will commence with news advertisement in Daily Trust and the Nation Newspaper on the 10th of this month. To Apply for Nigerian AirForce, you have to meet some requirements which i shall list down below, So kindly take note of these before applying. Do note that these requirements are subject to change, I will update them as soon as they change.

Nigerian Air force Requirements
Nationality: Applicant MUST be a Nigerian by birth.

Age: Applicants should be between 20 and 30 years of age by 30th August 2021

Height: Male applicants must not be less than 1.66 meters tall while female applicants must not be less than 1.63 meters tall.

Medical Fitness: All applicants MUST be medically fit and meet the Nigerian Air Force Medical and Employment Standards.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to submit for scrutiny, the original copies of their credentials at the Selection Interview. Shortlisted Applicants are to bring the following to the Selection Interview:

°Two recent passport size photographs to be stamped and countersigned by officer of appropriate rank specified, Local Government Chairmen/Secretaries and other specified signatories of the attestation forms.

°Indigeneship certificate from applicant’s Local Government/State of Origin.

°Birth Certificate/Age declaration.

°Letter of Attestation of Good Character.

°Attestation of Parent/Guardian Consent Form.

°Attestation of Local Government Area Form.

°Acknowledgment Card.

°Writing Material (for aptitude test)

Important Note While Applying For NAF Recruitment 2020

°Any applicant suspected to have impersonated or submitted false document(s) shall be disqualified from the Selection Interview. Also, any false declaration detected later may lead to withdrawal from training. Such applicant may be handed over to the Nigerian Police for prosecution.

°The Nigerian Air Force will not entertain any inquiries in respect of applicants whose application have been rejected. Interested applicants are to note that the online registration is free of charge.
