Concerned residents of Oniru Private estate have addressed an Open letter to Governor Sanwo-Olu through one of Nigeria’s foremost newspapers. The communique denounced the Oba and all affiliations to the Oniru Chieftancy family, condemning his actions as illegal. It stands to show that they have had their last straw as the good people of Oniru have resolved to formally bring Lawal’s excesses to the notice of the Governor.
