Issue keeps unfolding.
We be shall see to the end.
Meanwhile, I have this to say.
Those that are now attributing Saraki's lead Senate refusal to confirm Magu then to the present issue are mistaken it. Saraki refused to confirm Magu because the latter fears he and his likes in The Senate will be prosecuted as Magu isn't a puppet to them

Why has he not prosecute him Saraki up till now.

If I tell people that Nigerians are corrupt and fraudsters some people would start foaming in their mouths.

The patterns of consistency among us is to vivid to ignore, the white man knows this and are not stupid to hear those pleas that not all Nigerians are fraudsters or criminals.

Look at how high we build our fences, look at how we hide our BVN nos, even a Nigerian is too scared to trust a Nigerian.

This is Nigeria, everybody na criminal. If you like attack me, facts are facts.

When we say institutionalise, you say no, you want to be answerable only to a feudal lord. Now they have turned on you, you want to embark on a fast to 'draw PUBLIC sympathy', from a PUBLIC you were not serving.

You are trying to draw power from a generator you are neither maintaining or have not fuelled.... how can that be.

Why are these people so remarkably bone headed about how the world works....

Magu ! Please get a bible in your cell and read : Genesis 8:22 While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
- Know that everybody have their day time or night time ..this is your night time ,if truly you did wrong,it will tarry long but if all they are doing to you is persecution because of the sensitivity nature of your job,it won't last before your night turns to a day. Above all everybody including the presidents all over the world must know that God has a pay for every man .This is why we must never lose our morals no matter our position or status in this life .

why do I have the feeling some folks are deliberately putting out fake news about Magu to drive a certain narrative even before the panel is through with their interrogation of the embattled efcc chairman?

Divoc:

Apparently sensing that the Presidency may keep him in detention indefinitely until he answers Allegations Made Against Him By The Attorney-General, embattled Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Magu, may go on hunger strike.

Vanguard gathered, on Thursday, that some politicians and other wealthy Nigerians and foreigners, who alleged that they were duped by Magu and some operatives of the EFCC, are said to have started forwarding petitions on how they were coerced to part with huge sums of money and property under the guise of recovering ill-gotten wealth.

Magu, still being interrogated by the Justice Ayo Salami-led Presidential panel along with seven of his aides, reportedly got into trouble after information got to the Presidency about some of his dealings both in and outside the country.
The informants, according to sources, gave detailed information that prompted a shocked Presidency to immediately order his arrest, while the presidential panel was set up.

According to sources, people in rarefied circles of power, in and outside the country put together the details and delivered to the Presidency, prompting his arrest.

A Presidency source, Thursday night, said that Magu may not be released from detention until he responds satisfactorily to all allegations against him.

The source told Vanguard: “You are aware that they (detectives) have searched his house. Detectives that carried out the search combed his house. It was after the search that they arrested seven of his aides as part of the probe.
“Justice Salami is simply carrying out stern instructions from the Presidency over the issue of Magu and it was after he discovered that it will be virtually impossible to grant him bail that Magu started threatening to go on hunger strike, with a view to drawing public sympathy.

“However, it was learned that when the Presidency got information about his plans to go on strike, in insisted that the embattled EFCC acting chairman will not be released until he returns all the money he was accused of misappropriating.”

FAKE NEWS and SPECULATIONS from pained CRIMINALS who were dealt with by the EFCC! ALL THE CRIMINALS are BANDING TOGETHER NOW
- You cant get Bail for someone who was not formerly under Arrest.
- He is under an INVESTIGATIVE PANEL, not in jail or in COURT
- He has provided ANSWERS TO ALL THE TWENTY ONE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST HIM
- Everyone is PRESUMED INNOCENT until the person is Convicted by a Law Court
- Magu is CURRENTLY INVESTGATING Buhari's Nephew Yussuf, the Son of the Sister of Maman Daura, who was a recharge Card seller before Buhari made him his P.A and the guy has over a Trillion Naira in his bank Account and many Choice Houses. This got too close to Buhari himself and he is now aligning with that criminal AGF.
- The AGF is also angry because he wants to use the Prosecutions of the EFCC to enrich himself and protect his Criminal friends as well
- AGF wants ot take Control of the EFCC nad be using it for Criminal purposes, we still rember the former AGF, Andooaka who is currently in Court for Corruption. The past three AGF's of Nigeria were all arrested for Corruption and being in bed with Criminals.

If the Govt has nothing to hide, why are they not allowing Journalist/Press men to be present and observe/Report on the proceedings? WHY THE SECRECY and DENIAL BY DSS, POLICE, PRESIDENCY that he is not under arrest?
This is just CORRUPTION FIGHT BACK and it should not surprise anybody who has no bile against Mr. Magu
Re: Ibrahim Magu Threatens Hunger Strike by TommyAnthem(m): 11:29am On Jul 10, 2020
The solution is simple, if he decides to go on hunger strike, he should be placed on drip, ASAP.
