The type of looting that has occurred around the world during the COVID-19 crisis is heartbreaking.


In Washington, USA. the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank were saying what the African Development Bank was saying in Ivory Coast.


The message was the same. The world is coming to an end and countries will need enough loans right now to respond to the crisis.


In just two months, the IMF has loaned African countries what they often loan them in more than 15 years.


The IMF usually loans a billion dollars to African countries every year. But right now, already $15 billion have been approved and released.


Everyone was using the crisis to loot. Nigerian government was the biggest looter in Africa, followed by Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana and Kenya. South Africa is also about to be approved for over $4 billion.


The looting that has gone on is mind boggling and heart shattering.


That money in Africa will not go into any hospital. People will loot it. The poor will end up paying back, or their children and grand children. It's shocking folks.
