OK I just want to make inquiry on the possibility of recovering your funds if attacked by armed men and force to make transfer to their account. This happened in Abuja. I have reported to the bank already. But I want to know if its possible to recover and possibly arrest the suspect. Thanks for your feedback, it would be highly useful. |

Since u have reported to ur bank their fraud team will contact beneficiary's bank and request for the account to be restricted and possible blacklist the beneficiary's bvn. The possibility of recovering ur money is low but the criminals will surely be apprehended. The narration of the restriction on the account will be apprehend on sight. Beneficiary may want to visit his bank to complain and once the restriction is seen by the staff attending to the customer he will be arrested. The criminal may not be the owner of the account but once the owner of the account is arrested others will be arrested also. 2 Likes |

@Op; as you have reported the incident to your bank; tell them to place the account you transferred the money to on Post-No-Debt Order (PND). The owner of the account will by all means come to rectify that in his bank; and he will be apprehended. |
