pls I would like to know somethings about Supermarkets business.

Like what are the things one must know, how much can establish a small mini Supermarkets and many more.

Any advice that can be given to such person venturing into it.

Lot need to be done n investigate e.g

Like looking for a real and Strong relationship from the company

Always buy from the manufacturer/factories not suppliers
.
Run your Mart advert both offline n online
.
Make sure your customer service is 100% active and friendly
