Police officers were captured on a trending video driving away with a yet to be identified man who reportedly claimed to be an operative of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad to extort people. According to reports gathered from Ughelli Vibes, the impersonator was caught by residents of Ahoro street in the Esegine Area of Ughelli, Delta State while in the act of extortion.
