A man has shared an embarrassing footage of bribe seeking policemen who stopped him on a highway but were unable to identify or locate the engine number of his vehicle. The perplexed looking officers with the vehicle’s papers in hand tried fruitlessly to identify the engine and chassis number while the owner filmed them in disgust.
