Today, it released a statement which was signed by the Minister, Cynthia Mamle Morrison condemning Akuapem Poloo and directing people to stop sharing the photo. The ministry also believed that Akuapem Poloo’s actions were against the law. It cited the Children’s Act, 1998 (ACT 560) and the Criminal and Other Offenses Act, (Act 30). “The Ministry highly condemns this act which is classified as indecent exposure of the child, an act of pornography and degrading.
