When Truth speaks, wisdom listens but a fool closes his ears. When Truth speaks, wisdom accept His Words, but a fool rejects it. When Truth speaks, wisdom obeys but a fool disobeys. When Truth speaks, wisdom believes but a fool believes not. When Truth speaks, wisdom treasure His Words but a fool has no regard for it. When Truth speaks, wisdom hides His Words in his heart, but a fool tramples it under his feet. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, but the lack of fear for the Lord is the beginning of foolishness. Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. uracefriend:You're very correct. Jesus is both the Truth and Wisdom. However the wisdom implied here is not necessarily a personality, but an orientation like that which begins with the fear of God. Thanks for sharing your thoughts though. |
